I looking for a 2 stage TransImpedance TIA with ADC integrated chip.
I've 5 Photodiodes BPW34 in parallel, 70pf x5 = 350 pF input capacitance.
I need BPW = 10Khz with very low noise and high SNR, because working with very low photodiode signal (1uA pic).
Supply voltage is: 5VDC or 3.3VDC
Finally I need an ADC output, with mini 8 bit resolution or more.
Thanks for help and to design an easiest and smaller circuitery chip.

For your TIA needs: LTC6563 (quad) is a TIA with integrated ADC driver built-in. A single version of this device is also in the works.
