It would seem that the 32-bit values (combined 16-bit upper and 16-bit lower) read from the data output registers vary according to the settings for a given timeslot on the ADPD4101 (settings such as LED pulse width, LED current, etc). However, is there any way to determine what the minimum and maximum values for a given timeslot (value read from the data output registers) should be?
