Eval-adpd4100z-ppg cannot run firmware upgrade in Applications Wavetool

I am using the EVAL-ADPD4100-PPG board, but I cannot connect the board and the software now. The details are as follows: I directly click 'Connect', and it will remind me to firmware upgrade. When I click 'FW' and select 'EVAL/ADPD4x00', it will prompt me to set Boot mode. After I follow the steps, I click 'OK', and it will show that unable to connect and the device is not in Boot mode.
