a direct conversion of uA current out of ADPD2211 will happen in this case through Rs.
--> Iout*Rs.
If you have 60uA output and a Rs=20kOhm means ~1.2V.
Please note that the general limitations of such simple circuitry is you should not go above full scale current I_fs (240uA typ).
And Output voltage you can get up to is typically Vcc-1.2V.
All these are mentioned in datasheet or in Elec Specs table.
Another important point is your layout and parasitics will also play a role in AC response.
