Hello,
I am looking for a high-bandwidth opamp (or transimpedance amplifier) for an application with the following requirements:
- bandwidth greater than 1.5-2 GHz;
- optical sensitivity greater than -33-35 dBm to be able to detect signals of 0.1uA;
- both die or chip would work for my application.
I have been looking and it seems that the ADN2880 is the closest in terms of specs, but with a lower sensitivity which would probably be good enough. I know that this is a though requirement reached probably just by the MAX3277 from Maxim Integrated, for which however I would like to have some alternative. Something that get closer to this device is the new OPA855 from TI, which however does not meet the requirements of bandwidth (probably more 1 GHz).
Is anyone aware of devices with these specs?
Kind Regards,
Francesco
Hi,
I moved your question to its proper community Optical Sensing Library.
