motor is noisy by standstill current reduction......

Category: Hardware
Product Number: TMC2100

I am using stepper motor which require around 110mA current per coil.........!
originally i am using sense resistor of 750mA which is corressponds to 400mA and stand still current reduction of 34% is 136mA.
so motor get hot  if i enable stand still current reduction by floating enable pin.....!
so my requirement is to use 2R2 resistor to get running current of 110mA or more and current reduction of 37mA.
Is this ok to use 2R2 resistor?

Also even using 750mA and floating enable pin "CFG6_ENN " there is a sound coming from motor......!
not too much noisy.......
Is it a problem as motor precise enough no component motor or driver is getting hot???
