We are operating in CANopen mode, running motors in position mode. Both STO pins are tied together, so they should not ever be in different states. However, intermittently the symptoms we are seeing seem consistent with the torque off mode. When in this state, motor move commands generate a slightly audible "click," seeming to indicate the command was issued, but the motors do not move. When in this state, all motors exhibit the same symptom. The only thing that clears the condition is a power cycle of the TMCM 6214. Resetting our host system does not resolve the state. Also, the DS402 status words do not reflect any fault conditions. My questions are twofold. (1) Does anyone know what is causing this state? (2) Is there any way to query its status?
