Product Number: TMC4671
We want to move from Maxon control system to a dedicated chip on the board. I got the TMC4671-10A70V-EV-KIT and try to get it running with our product.
Short summory: steering application, 100 W BLDC motor, 2 pole pairs, 24/48 V,
With our device we have the following interface:
1. PWM - frequency to set the velocity
2. DIR - digital pin to set the direction
3. EN - digital pin to turn off the motor, but still have the low side mosfets engaged.
I could not find, how to realize such an interface. Programming parameters on startup is not a problem, but i would like to keep the current interface without putting an intermediate MCU between our current control chip and the TMC4671.
Is there a way to realize this functionality?
