Is there a way to read the actual current on the TMC5160 or Landungsbruecke?

I controlled the motor through TMC5160 and Landungsbruecke, TMCL.
At this time, I want to know the current or voltage applied to the motor according to the setting.
I'd like to use an oscilloscope to measure it, is there a way to do that?
I'd like to measure the current or a voltage such as PWM.
Is there an output GPIO that can do that?

If you don't have it, please let me know how I can know this on TMCL-IDE.
