TMC262C Current Sense

Category: Hardware
Product Number: TMC262
Hello Everyone
I want to use the TMC262C in a product. The product requires current sensing for each phase for monitoring and control purposes, I need to know if I can access the output of the IC's internal current sense amplifiers, or do I need to include additional external current sense amplifiers if I want to get the current reading?

My application requires 4A per phase, from the datasheet I found that a resistor of 50mOhm is appropriate for this. If I'm wrong, please correct me.
The problem is, the voltage output of the amplifier should not exceed 3.3V, and with 50mOhm shunt and 4A per phase I'd need a gain of 10V/V, and I found this value not to be very common among low-side current sense amplifiers, so it would be really convenient if the data could be accessed from the IC without needing an external amplifier.
Thank you and best regards,
Hany Hamza
