Hi,
What is the difference between the maximum output current per H-bridge and maximum full-scale current? First one is 5A while the second one is 3A but what does this mean in practice?

Hi,
the maximum output current is a theoretical value connected to the short protection rating. It is important to drive additional loads, like cable capacity. For practical use, 3A, or 2.1A RMS apply.
Okay that makes sense thank you
