Failed to load LibFT4222.dll help when connect USB-2-RTMI

Question

Please help, I have used USB-2-RTMI to connect TMC-4671 board to TMCL-IDE to config and monitor for BLDC servo motor. After install newest driver for FT4222 and copy file LibFT4222.dll to C:/WINDOWS/SysWOW64, TMCL-IDE can see the SPI port but always show the red message &ldquo; Failed to load LibFT4222.dll&rdquo;. I have tried so many ways, install to another laptop, another PC, and there is no work-same issue. Maybe the file LibFT4222.dll or driver I have downloaded from FTDI website is Not correct files? Please help me to correct this issue. Thanks,,

So happy to hear that you can fix this problem. I have asked and wait for a long time but no ones from ADI answer me..... Can I ask where you can download LibFT4222.dll version 1.4.1 ? Can you help me the link or can you attack this file here? I have tried so many ways but still stuck here.... thank you!!!)

We got it to work. We used a version of LibFT4222.dll that was less than 1.4.5 (we used 1.4.4). It seems that in 1.4.5, the dll depend on the Microsoft Visual C++ runtime library in a different way. We found this hint on an FTDI community post.
