TMCM-1076 doesn't report load value in the TMC-IDE

I'm trying to detect the Load Value from the TMCM-1076 in TMC-IDE 3.9.0 but it always reports zero. (This could be an issue with the IDE because there are some things that are not showing in up i.e. any Wizards) How do I get it to register a change in load so that I can detect a stall? I'm new to using the IDE so it could be an operator error.
