Hi, 
 I would like to know the minimum flash erase/write life cycles for the ADuCM360 and ADuCM362 microcontrollers. Could you please provide this information or share a link to the relevant documentation?

Hi, 
 The flash memory in the ADuCM360 and ADuCM362 has an endurance of 10000 cycles. 
 The data can be seen in the Specifications table of their data sheets.
