Interface with MAX86178 instead of MAX86176

Question

Good day, Praise the Lord, 
 We are a startup in healthcare wearables. We are in a protyping stage. We need a design guide. 
 Shall I interface MAX32674C with MAX86178 AFE instead of MAX86176. If I am not wrong the only difference is MAX86178 has Bio impedance (EDA) feature. But MAX86176 does not. so Shall I interface MAX86178 with MAX32674C. And also For ECG, we are going to use MAX32663A ECG algorithm hub as MAX32674C does not support ECG. The EDA data from MAX86178 will be processed by Host microcontroller nRF5340 mcu. will it work? 
 Kindly help with this. Also We have got the full datasheets through NDA process.
