ADuCRF101 Memory Retention

Question

I notice the ADuCRF101 datasheet specifies only 10 year memory retention, but reading in more depth that this is based on a Tj of 85degC & the retention derates with temperature. Do we have any data/graphs showing what we can expect at more conventional temperatures ie. 0 to +30degC or even nominally 25degC?

As you noticed, the 10-year data retention specification applies to a 85C junction temperature. 
 The graph attached show the data retention of the ADuCRF101 in years vs. the junction temperature in degree C: The expected data retention at 25C is approximatly 500 years and 340 years at 30C.)
