We're considering the CM408F for our application and I'm looking for the usual tools for configuring the CAN peripheral, routing to output pins and higher-level access such as setting filtering for mailboxes and receiving and sending messages. Are there any open source solutions here? I see that there are for TI, STM, and NXP parts.
Does anyone here have any information on this? I saw in another post that example code is on Github, but the link was dead and the post suggested importing examples into an IDE that does not appear to be supported for this part. Only the IAR Embedded Workbench is suggested as an alternative for CM40x development.
Would really appreciate some feedback, even if it's just that there is nothing available. At least I can tell my boss that I have to develop drivers from the ground up or go with a different part and we can plan accordingly.
