How can I use this tool-chain with the regular evolution-board EVAL-ADUCM360QSPZ?
Yes you should be able to use it with the the regular evaluation board as well.
Besides the openOCD debug plugin, there is also the Segger J-Link plugin pre-installed.
You may only need to download and install the J-Link drivers from the Segger homepage.
