Aduc7023 program protect----Urgent case

Question

Hi, 
 When we are using ADuc7023, it was protected without intention when we are using the GUI. 
 
 Could you give some suggestions how to erase or re-program the device ? I tried to force erase the devices , but failed. 
 We have serval products failed to erase and can't be re-programed. It's very urgent because we have to ship our product to end customer. 
 Appreciated for your any comments.

Hi, 
 Can you confirm if the force erases you tried is the mass erase in the I2CFTWSD? 
 If there is a JTAG connecter to the product, you can also write to the register to force a mass erase. 
 Below is the command sequence to execute the mass erase. This can be found in Rev. H, Page 42 of the datasheet.
