aduc7060 IAP program

I don't have experience using IAP to program aduc7060, but I did find an example of IAP working for aduc7020.

I'm still reviewing if the example code applies to aduc7060 and if programming it through IAP is possible.

I confirmed that you could use the IAP example for ADuC7020 as a reference for implementing IAP on ADuC7060.

You should also consider that the flash of ADuC7060 is smaller than ADuC7020.
