BTW, my requirement is this interrupt pin can wake-up the MCU from low-power modes.
Sorry. I wrote the wrong pin. Can I use P0.5/UART0_Rx pin as a wake-up interrupt pin?

Yes, as long as it is configured as such. If you also want to use it as a UART Rx pin, then you may need to set up the pin as a GPIO wakeup pin before going to sleep (section 8.3.2), then configure the UART again once you wakeup.
