You can use SPI0 (pins from P1.23 to P1.29) for the SPI connection, and RO to P2.11 and DI to P2.12, respectively.

If you'd like something with less IO pins, please have a look at the MAX32660 ( https://www.analog.com/en/products/max32660.html ).

Kindly check the pin connection and correct if i am connecting wrong

P0.11 to RO,

P0.10 to DI,

P0.12 to DE

P0.13 to RE

P0.4 to P0.7 is for SPI.
