AD7134_EVAL no-os questions

I'm still having problems with the initialization of dev_id (ad713x_fmc.c line 164)

    ad713x_init_param_1.dev_id = 0x00;

Initialization was failing with the source declaration of ID_AD7134.  I discovered that initializing this value to either 0x0 or 0x1 will cause the initialization to pass.  Any other value I tried causes a failure.  This fix works for the first ADC only.  I could not find any value to set ID_AD7134 in the second ADC that would cause initialization to pass.

Moving ahead, I commented out the 2nd ADC initialization and was able to get the code to run successfully.  However the data returned from the ADC conversions is always 0x0.  This is my output from the COM port.
