We do have models for the ADuM3210 for both 5 V and 3 V operation:
The ADuM3200 shares the same I/O structures as the ADuM3210 and is offered in the same package, so the same IBIS model can be used.
We don't have a model for the ADuM3100, let us know if you require one.

I have additional question for you.
Do you have IV characteristic(IBIS data) when the reference voltage is 3.3V?
Your IV characteristic of pulldown show 0V standard voltage, but your 2.7V, 3.0V, 3.6V show the difference curve (characteristic).
So I need the 3.3V curve IV characteristic.
