The 3-D Model-STEP files are now located on the product pages. For example, on the ADIS16133, start at www.analog.com/ADIS16133 and click on "Evaluation Kits, Symbols & Footprints."
This will cause the page to scroll down to the following view, which will reveal the link for downloading the 3-D Model/STEP file.
