All of the ADIS163xx and ADIS164xx IMU products offer calibrated accelerometers.The calibration method for these accelerometers involves using sensor orientation, with respect to local gravity. Using the WGS-84 formula for estimating "g" at the calibration site, 1g = 9.798 m/sec^2. See the attached Excel file for more details on the calculation.

For my generic point of you, that is a true statement, but the ADXL345 is not calibrated to a specific relationship, like the ones that are referenced in the original post. Hope that helps.
