The plot about axial orientation (Figure 6 in datasheet RevB) shows the origin
alignment reference point (OARP). Now our question is Is the reference point
(OARP) the same as the center of the accelerometer measurement?

The coordinate frame is the same, whether the origin alignment reference point
(OARP) is turn on or off. The OARP only impacts the effective position of the
accelerometers, with respect to the point identified in the figure you
reference.
