ADXL362 Self Test Procedure

Q

I'm trying to use the Selftest feature: I've set Range to 2g, output is 100Hz.
I read the X-Y-Z before the Seltest command and after, the values don.t change
at all.  When I read Selftest register (0x2E), it returns 0 instead of 1 (ST
bit is asserted).
I've followed the Selftest procedure in the Manual page 41, "Using Self Test".

A

Please follow the process in this attachment to do the selftest for ADXL362.
