What is the difference between ADXRS613 and ADXRS623 since ADXRS613 is not
recommended in new designs.

The ADXRS623 is designed to be a drop-in replacement for the ADXRS613.
functionally, the customer will not notice any difference in performance
between the two devices. there are no changes to the specifications table of
the ADXRS623, as compared to the ADXRS613. As for what is different, the
ADXRS623 has a cap over the MEMS element which prevents any particles from our
assembly process from falling onto the MEMS element and causing a failure. This
improves the quality and reliability of the device.
