Are the bias error repetitive between different gyroscope parts?

For gyro, there is an initial bias error and in run bias stability.
Initial bias error could be a DC component and it can be calibrated easily.
In run bias stability is the lowest point of the Allan Variance, it cannot be
calibrated easily.
The initial bias error and in run bias stability are all different part by part.
