There aren’t any errata available for this IC. The Revision C document mentions an ADC reference bug, noting that factory calibration was performed at a 1.835V reference with PGA set to 1.5, even though the datasheet specifies a 1.82V ADC reference.
By default, the ADC uses an internal, precision, low-drift 1.82V reference. Optionally, an external reference can be connected to the VREF_1.82V and AGND_REF pins.
Because of the calibration difference, a correction factor is applied during ADC conversion (see ADC RMS Noise Specifications on page 16 of the datasheet).
