Both the 372/5 and the 35x/100x will present a DC response that can be considered completely flat with reference to 0º, that way the sensor can be used for inclination measurement. This part was designed with shock detection or any application related with context of high BW and high dynamic range (more than 50g). The performance of the accelerometer (i.e. resolution or min inclination(º)) also depends on bias, non-linearity, noise etc.
