ADXL206 inclination angle calibration question

That is a pretty broad topic, but we can probably help you get started.  What range and accuracy do you require for your application?   

The G level of each axis is calculated from ADXL206 datasheet: (ADC_voltage-2.5V)/0.312VperG.

2.5V is the voltage at 0G.

The inclination angle = arctan(sqrt(GlevelX^2+GlevelY^2) / GlevelZ)

The range is -90degree to 90degree.

The accuracy is 0.1degree.

I am familiar with the theory and approaches that are used to translate accelerometer measurements into tilt angles.  Just to make sure, 0.1 degree accuracy, over a range of +/-90 degrees, is what you require for your application?  That is pretty ambitious, especially if we presume that you will need to hold this over the full temperature range.  We do not provide a specific application note for this type of use case, but we can offer some collateral that may help you start the process of developing a calibration approach.  Would that be helpful?
