Hi,

 
I have an ADXRS624 evaluation board. When powered at 5V, I'm getting a rate output of 0.75V, and about 0.25V from the temp pin.

 
I have Vdd, Vratio and AVcc all powered at 5V, and Pgnd, Agnd, ST1 and ST2 are all tied to ground. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Do I have a bad part? Initially I had ST1 and ST2 floating, but I thought maybe they needed to be grounded.

 
I'd be grateful for any suggestions.
