  • Some of the conclusions in the FAQ you reference are a bit old, so I would not apply them broadly. They appear to be take from datasheets that are over 10 years old. Today, we cannot make statements that apply to all ADXRS or ADXL devices.

     


    We cannot offer any specification that is beyond the datasheet in this forum, but I can tell you that we have observed that when operating in stable environmental conditions, the acceleration drift seems to follow a trajectory that is in the region of 50 to 100 ug/sqrt(hour). 


    For example, after 100 hours:


    Accel-drift = 100 ug/sqrt(hour) x sqrt(100hours) = 1mg
