Difference between ADXL325 and ADXL326 X axis Y axis Z axis sensor

My customers are checking the performance difference of the three axis sensors for design the accelerometer.
Is the same performance for the ADXL325 and ADXL326 three axis sensors on the X, Y, Z axis?
Assume that each axis is set to the same bandwidth.
In the data sheet, I seem to have no performance difference on the three axes.
If different, is there a document showing the difference about each axis?

  • Thank you! This helps. We need to be careful in our interpretation. We rarely say things will be "the same" because all behaviors have some random variation, from axis to axis & part to part. I do not know if 1 or 2 axes will be better than the third, but I do know that the 1 sigma value for each axis will be at least as good as the spec in the datasheet. I hope that helps.
