Is it possible to obtain a copy of the data sheet on adxl295? The datasheet I can find on the system has only two sheets and headline information, this information is not suitable for design.

Many thanks for your response however the data sheet is not describing the device but rather the evaluation system. I would be happy to go ahead and purchase the evaluation system if I could be convinced that the device might fulfill my requirements. The device looks promising from the headlines but it looks like it is very preliminary, also it looks like none of these parts have been taken up by local suppliers which might also be a sign that the device may sink without trace.

This is a bit more complicated than restricting the units for a particular market.  The challenge, at the moment, is that our automotive team is not staffed to provide broad-market support for these products.  Also, the amount of information that we can disclose on these particular products is often limited by some of the customers that we are supporting.  Fortunately, the automotive team is working on a more comprehensive support strategy but that is probably going to take more time to evolve and mature.  As a result, products will either be taken down from our web site or more comprehensive information will be made available if they remain on the web.  Sorry about the short-term inconvenience!
