How to configure Bit Rate of ADXL189B

Question

Hi, all 
 Now I'm developing the receiver of PSI5 signal. 
 I'd like to use ADXL189B as PSI5 signal generator to test my developed system. 
 But I can't change ADXL189B behavior other than default configuration. 
 As first step of knowing how to configure ADXL189B, I'd like to know how to configure Bit Rate of ADXL189B by using PSI5 interface. Especially, I'd like to know the procedures to change configuration. 
 Does anyone know how to do it ?
