For the car side alarm project that we are currently working on, we will need a digital output MEMS to be used as shock detector,
and we would like to study the Analog Devices ADXL195, ADXL295 and ADXL288.
I've already downloaded the available documents of the above components from Analog Devices website, but I still need more detailed information such as "absolute maximum ratings", "pin configuration and function", "theory of operation", "applications information", etc.
