We use AD7685(reference voltage is 5V) to measure ADXRS620's temperature and angular velocity ，when we keep it static, the temperature value keep stable,but angular velocity change greatly(about 150mV)。
We keep ST1 pin float and ST2 pin low。

The ST1 & ST2 pins have internal pull down resistors, but you will want to be careful with managing noise opportunities on these lines. Where does ST2 nose go? Is there any cabling on this nose?
What is the inductance of L4? Which inductor are you using? You might want to probe VDD and Vratio inputs to see if any of the RATEOUT noise traits are showing up on these supply and reference pins.
I just connect the two ST2 pins;if supply and reference pins have noise,will it influence the temperature value？
