Hi,
ADXL327 has 4 COM pins.
Are the 4 COM pins connected internally?

Generally speaking, we would not have any reason to doubt this. Have you observed anything that would suggest otherwise? We would also suggest that all of COM pins be tied to a common point on the PCB, just out of "best engineering practices," if for no other reason.
HI,
We understand that COM pins should be tied to a common point on the PCB.
We are using ADXL327 and having the x-axis output problem which is an output appearance
in the no moving condition. So we are asking in a potential of the problem.
For example one of COM pins is removed accidentally form the PCB.

Thank you! It might help to share more details on what you are observing. Perhaps some data or a plot of the unexpected behavior might be helpful. Is this on one unit only? Are other units, which have all of the pins grounded, behaving the way that you would expect?
Hi,
We use three accelerometers of ADXL327, ADXL325 and ADXL326 which are mounted closely and
only ADXL327 happens in no moving condition.
The device have operated for 3 months normally then happened in the market.
2 of over 250 sets happened but we have been able to recognize the problem in only one device.
The OSC picture is attached.
Best regards,
Nikkee
Hi,
What is the progress?
Is there possibility of the phenomenon if one of COM pins is removed accidentally form the PCB?
Best regards,
Nikkee
Hi Nikkee,
All the COM pins of ADXL32x have to be connected to the same GND. If not, part of the internal circuit will be floating or say will cause the unfixed level, then the output will be unfixed too.

Hi Neil,
Thank you for your support.
