ADIS16137 温飘异常

我们用adis16137(1号)在做高低温测试(-40~80℃)时,发现传感器输出角度率存在较大温飘,与标称值不符合。

因为测试的时候,我们在同一个安装面上安装了另一个adis16445,两个传感器比较数据发现,温飘比16445还要大。

后来我们另外买了一个adis16137(2号),用热风枪简单的做了一个测试(27~80℃),发现温飘非常小,而同样用热风枪吹adis16137(1号),在27度时进行了自动零偏校正,然后温度升到80摄氏度,输出数据偏了0.4°/s远大于标称的±0.00125°/sec/°C。

图2中adis16445的零偏基本符合0.005°/s/℃的标称,而16137温飘近3°/s,温变130℃左右,大于标称近20倍。

尝试过恢复初始化设置无效。

    1. SMPL_PRD setting :0x00(external clock sync)
    2. DEC_RATE setting:0x00
    3. AVG_CNT setting:0x02
    4. MSC_CTRL setting:I think this reg is a command reg,I not read it in my program
    5. Data collection synchronous with data ready?
    6. If not, what rate of data collection are you using?:data is sync by external clock,the sample rate is 100Hz.
    7. Are you reading only GYRO_OUT or are you also including GYRO_OUT2?:yes,I read the GYRO_OUT,GYRO_OUT2,TEMP_OUT in one function,like the burst mode.
    8. Do these plots reflect any post processing, like averaging?:the data is original
