Dear sir,
As ADXL105 has become obsolete, which MEMS accelerometer you recommend is the closest replacement to it. As I see in the list of Analog Devices accelerometers. There is no accelerometer with a range limited to +/-3g and frequency range of about 10,000kHz and sensitivity of around 225-275mV/g.
