Are you referring to the ADIS16407, not ADIS164007?
Assuming that the answer is yes, you can get some evaluation service on the ADIS16407, using the ADISUSB, but the ADISUSB is not the best choice. We would actually suggest using the EVAL-ADIS, but let's answer your question first, then use another post to help explain the differences.
You can use the the ADISUSB and the ADIS16405 Evaluation Software to evaluate all but the barometer function in the ADIS16407.

To access the ADIS16405 Evaluation Software:
I did a little research and found that we actually developed a beta version of a software package, which enables ADIS16407 evaluation as well. This software has not been extensively tested, but I am attaching it to this post for your reference. You can use the ADIS16405 User Guide (provided the link above) to guide the installation and the rest of the "getting started" process. I hope that this helps!
By the way, I did a quick functional test on an older lab PC (my machine is a 64-bit machine, which will not support the ADISUSB driver set) and it worked fine. Hope that helps you.
Back to my original question. The EVAL-ADIS is actually the preferred option for evaluating the ADIS16407. The primary reason is that it supports synchronous data capture and modern Windows USB drivers (32 and 64-bit). Here is a link that compares the two systems:

If you are able to access an EVAL-ADIS, then you can find User Guides and software in a similar manner:

I hope that all of this information helps. Can you help us by identifying the post that was most helpful, with Correct Answer, assuming we have answered your question sufficiently? Many thanks!
So, were you able to get this working? Thanks!
The software 407ES(1) can get correct data from ADIS16407.
Thanks NevadaMark!
After test, the temp data is not correct.
How much is the time interval in the Datalog file?
I am glad that the previous response was helpful. With respect to you "TEMP_OUT is not correct statement," it hard to help without more information. What do you expect? Why? What TEMP_OUT values are you observing?
Thank you for response my question. I read the temperature of the environment in my laboratory with a thermometer and read the Temp_OUT from ADis16407_Eval_Rev_1. The temperature of the environment is 10 degrees Celsius, the Temp_OUT is -45.36 degrees Celsius, so i guess the Temp_OUT is not correct. I plan to test the effect of temperature on Gyroscope.
