ADXRS652 vs. ADXRS622

Question

What is the difference between these two parts? According to the selection table, all I see is a temp range difference and the ADXRS652 doesn't specify nonlinearity.

The ADXRS652 uses a reduced test flow, so we cannot guarentee as many specifications. Other than that, they are the same. Notice how much cheaper the ADXRS652 is? Gives you an idea as to how expensive testing gyros is...
