ADPD188BI Device ID Mismatch (Expected 0x0916, Reading 0x0A16)

Question

Hai i am using the ADPD188BI on a custom board. While referring to the datasheet, I see that the expected Device ID is 0x0916 . 
 However, when I read the Device ID register from my device, I am consistently getting 0x0A16 instead. 
 Could you please clarify: 
 
 Why there is a difference in the upper byte (0x09 vs 0x0A)? 
 Is this variation normal for this device or due to a different silicon revision? 
 Is there any documentation explaining this change? 
 
 I would also like to confirm whether this affects functionality or compatibility in any way.

The deivce ID is the lower nibble which is 0x16. The 0x0A and 0x09 are revision numbers of the AFE die. We have been shipping "0x0A" versions of the part since the part released, but for some reason the pre-release "0x09" revision number was never updated. I will try to see that this gets fixed in the next version of the datasheet. Thanks,)
