Hi there, thanks for your question. Burn-in testing is generally not performed on ADI's inertial MEMS sensors anymore and has been replaced with a more robust set of tests for determining lifetime operation with respect to high-stress environments over a long period of time. The ADXL366 is subject to rigorous reliability checks such as ELFR and high-temperature testing for operation and storage, among others.
