Behavior over 400G

Question

I want to know, how the ADXL373 behaves over 400G? What measurement is sent?

Hello Moi1 I am afraid we do not have data to share regarding over range for this product.

In this case expect the output to be clipped at the max. excursion value until the acceleration deseases. (plus some sub ms recovery delay until the part is ready to measure back again)
