ADXL1003 noise

Category: Datasheet/Specs
Product Number: ADXL1003

 Hi,

I would like to understand how much noise the accelerometer has, in relation a resistor in the circuit. The noise power spectral density in voltage domain from the accelerometer is:

45ug/rtHz * 10mV/g = 450nV/rtHz

This would equate to about a 12 Mohm resistor:

sqrt(4kTR) = sqrt(4*1.38e-23*300*12e6) = 446nV/rtHz

Is my conclusion correct? If so, it is a quite significant noise.

Thanks!
