communication issue

Question

I have the FX3 adapter board and the ADIS16467-1 connected ... the laptop talks to the FX3 but I get a DUT Error Read/Write Failure when I try to connect to the IMU ... the cables look good ... any ideas of what could be wrong?

Hello jeffbrokenarrow Could you try connecting the device to a different USB port on the computer? The ADIS16467 may draw up to 100 mA during initial start-up, so a weak USB port could potentially cause connection issues. 
 If the issue persists after verifying all connections between the FX3 board, breakout board, and the IMU, please try disconnecting and reconnecting the USB cable, restarting the application, and repeating the process a few times. 
 If it still doesn&rsquo;t work, could you send a clear picture of the test setup along with screenshots of their screen, so my colleagues can revise the connections in more detail.
